I was the winning bidder, 4 days later the seller cancelled my purchase, and refunded my money, which still hasn't come thru my paypal account. I left negative feedback, as she cancelled my purchase without letting me know. The same item was then relisted for $95.00 when I won it at 29.99. She tried to explain to me after the fact it was a honest mistake. yet there is 4 same sorts of negative feedback. She has now sent me 12 messages asking me to retract my bid to positive, as this is her livelihood blah blah blah. This has become harassment, my feedback is legit as she is not a proper seller, but the daily messages daily saying I need to change my feedback. How do I stop this? I still don't have my refund into my account, and she is expecting me to lie and change my feedback that she is a good seller.If the item wasn't in stock so she says even though she relisted it, why wait 4 days to then cancel my purchase and not let me know..
I've tried searching ebay, but there is no solution, she needs to be blocked and stop harassing me, I'm, not changing my feedback, people need to know she isn't an honest seller.

If the seller is harassing you, go to each message and use the Report feature at the bottom of it. You need to be at a desktop to see it.
Use the first 'report' feature. The second one in smaller printing for spam is meant for something other than this.

Hello 'sexyluxyvic',
You're right, that is not an honest seller.
If the money has not come back to your paypal account, what makes you so sure you have been refunded?
Perhaps there is no money in the seller's account. In light of her other feedback, you will not likely receive the money unless you get ebay to step in on your behalf.
Have you opened a Resolution Center case?
Unfortunately there are sellers like the one you describe. My suggestion is to call ebay for 2 reasons, 1) that you have not received a promised refund and 2) that you want to block the seller from contacting you further.
To call ebay you simply find the Help & Contact link at the top of the page and click it.
At the bottom choose Contact Us.
Then from the topics offered, pick After your purchase,
and then Leaving and receiving feedback.
Finally waaay down at the bottom you can choose Call Us again, and this will provide you a phone number and pass code.
Obviously you do not want to change feedback, but this route is about the only way to get a phone number to contact a real human. Other options keep offering you the automated suggestions. If you've tried all that, you want to register a genuine complaint for the 2 reasons you mentioned, -- a refund, and block contact.

I had similar situation when my order was cancelled by the seller. But I cannot leave a negative feedback for him. How it was possible for you?

Wow that is bad sounds like this seller is very unapropiate as a seller,i have sold items at less than i was hopeing for but that can happen but to be nasty about it is not very profeshinal,to remove neg fb that is up to you but dont think i would,they have been less than honest with you and they should have excepted your winning bid,my thought would be to call ebay and explain the situation with them cause this is not rite in any stretch of the imagination,
