You cannot cancel it yourself.
You have to ask the seller if they are willing to cancel the order.
They are not obligated to and if you don't pay you will get a
black mark against your record and after a couple of these
you will have a hard time trying to buy anything on ebay as
most sellers have an automatic block against anyone who has
2 black marks against them.
