how do we process a partial refund on paypal?

How do we process a partial refund oo paypal?  We need to refund part of the shipping cost...

Hi.. Just click on details of payment received and the issue refund link..

Log in to your PayPal account. Click My Account at the top of the page. Click History. Find the payment you'd like to refund. Click Details. Click Issue Refund. Enter the refund amount and click Continue. Click Issue Refund.

PS ..can only use refund link for 60 days. Beyond , use send money and  buyer's PP email address in payment details.
