It will take 1 month for sure and maybe into the 2nd month, before it will be resolved. The other party will have 10 days to 2 weeks to
reply to your claim. Then Paypal will get back to you with the next step, and you will have 10 days to reply, and so on.
Paypal have to let each party of the claim to make their "case" known, and then will decide what action needs to be taken.
If you are in the "right" stick with the claim. DON'T GIVE UP. It takes time to settle the claim fairly.
