It is best to do your own research and then ask specific questions when you don't understand a specific point about a specific listing.

1) anything from free to $250 dollars.

2)Generally, allow 20 % of your customer's payment for various fees to eBay and Paypal.

And you won't see that for 21 days after the customer pays, but you have to ship within 7 days.
