how old must a seller be?

I was wondering how old a seller has to be to have an account? What happens if a child is selling on eBay?  Please let me know.  Thank you.

I'm not exactly certain where it says so but I know that in order to use ebay, the member has to be 18 years old or the age of majority in the nation in which they reside.
