how to add a comment to previous feedback

I cannot retract a previous negative feedback because time has expired so I want to add a follow up to the feedback, how do I do that?

Scroll to the bottom of your feedback page.

Click on Reply or Follow Up to feedback.

Click on the fb you want to respond to.

Respond.

Like the most effective feedback, the most effective Responses should be calm and factual. Future members will judge you by your FB and Responses as much as they will the other person.
