I have been having some suspicious emails wanting my personal email address for paypal and not go through ebay (I have reported all to both ebay and paypal) I had someone today with a score of 0 - just joining today and their email was alot like the ones I received last night - and all this started with me buying from a new member in spain, who has yet to respond to any of my emails so I have cancelled the payment through paypal and have reported him as well, I have changed my email and closed my other one, but now I am FED UP and want to not let anyone bid with a feedback score of less then 5, how do I do this? thanks for any help 🙂

You cannot do it.
You can block bidders with a minus feedback but not with a zero.
Only thing you can do is cancel their bids and put them on your blocked bidders list.
Not all 0 feedback bidders are scammers.

You can Block bidders who do not have active Paypal accounts.
If you use Fixed Price/BIN listings you can also require Immediate Payment.
You can Block bidders who have Strikes for Unpaid Item Disputes.
But you cannot Block newbies.

BTW, you are getting more of these because you are a new seller and because you are selling in a high fraud category.
As a long time seller of books I rarely see problems with new buyers or with particular countries, although I have started two Unpaid Item Disputes this past week, both from former Iron Curtain countries. These are my first disputes in well over six months.

Thank you for your help everyone - of course I am not saying people with a 0 feedback are not scammers, I have never encountered this before - I am a Loss Prevention/Security Officer by trade and am new to ebay, I have turned over the 4 emails in question & have changed all my passwords and closed down my old email ,I have had a few people buy from me who have had a 0 feedback and the transactions were perfect - and it was only after my purchase from a new seller this all happened - coincidence I think not - I have tried contacting him numerous time with no response - so I am letting ebay handle it, I sent them all the information - I am not a paranoid person - being in the field I am in ,I know how these scammers work & I will go after every one of them, we all have to work for a living for our money - I wish these people would go and get a ligit job and stop stealing from hard working people - sad world we live in- my experience on ebay has been wonderful - I have met a lot of really nice people from around the world, I will do everything I can to make it a safe environment , like I said I have had an amazing time here meeting people from around the world, it's quite amazing actually and I aml loving it! Thank you for your responses and helping me out - I truly appreciate it 🙂 thanks again guys, have a great day:)

Me again! I should really proof read before I post things!!! What can I say it's 7 am and I haven't had a full coffee yet!!!!
I meant to say in the first sentence - I know not all 0 feedback are scammers ,that goes without saying - and I never called them all scammers, I was having major security violations with some people that had a 0 feedback score, and I am very frustrated about that BUT 4 people out of millions is a pretty good ratio!!!! Thanks again I really appreciate your help 🙂
