If you are selling multiple quantities of one item and a person in buying lets say 4 of the item, how do you reduce the shipping costs to reflect that all four items were shipped in the same package and at less that 4 times the cost of shipping 4 separate packages?
This needs to be corrected, so the buyer doesn't overpay for the shipping and after that so I don't overpay on the ebay fees.
This is my first sale and any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The invoice should show all items purchased from you from this one buyer.
You can make adjustments to the shipping on the invoice before sending it. Be sure you click preview first to make sure it is correct then send. DO NOT click on recalculate. It will default back to the original shipping is you do.
