but I can't finish the purchasing process.

The website says that I have problem with paypal.

I logined the paypal and verified my visa card,

but the problem is not still solved and I see the same message on the monitor

Is the problem reported by eBay's website or by Paypal's website. It looks as if you have made a few successful purchases. Were these paid with Paypal?

Did you log in to Paypal from the website or did you start by Googling PP?
