I understand your frustration. I really do. Really, really do. To a newish seller trying to gain DSR and numbers, each feedback result is worth its weight in gold.
Ebay sends a reminder to buyers 30 days after purchase to leave feedback but DON'T do not do NOT do not do it yourself. It almost always backfires. Assume that if you hear nothing, no news is good news. (The same ebay reminder sent also tells them they have 45 days to open a case with paypal if it was no good.)
The best that you do is to leave immediate, glowing feedback for each buyer after payment, and hope they do the same for you. Most won't. Mine don't. Feedbacks are down to maybe ten per cent of the buyers I serve. Unless you're on ebay everyday (like sellers) it is simply too big a pain in the butt to log in to say, 'yeah, great' and then go. No one has time for that. A buyer only makes time if something went wrong.
Best of luck carrying forward.
