interact e transfers

seller says payment is to be made by interact e transfer be cause he is a new member and will have to wait up to 25 days for payment  does paypal do this sort of thing. I have never done one so I am a little nervous

Hi.. Ebay does have a 21 day payment hold on new sellers, high risk transactions and sellers are not allowed to circumvent by asking for other payment methods.

If you agree to use Interac you lose Buyer Protection.

Tell seller its PayPal or cancel the transaction. Could send the above link.
