So I closed my store in april and I took advantage of the 50 free listings for the first time.  I have noticed a decrease in shoppers and 98% of my sales were Canadian.  It used to be the majority were US.  It seems that when I bulk relisted, the shipping options changed and I was no longer shipping worldwide so my listings were not available on any site other than .ca.  I have checked all my listings and have had to revise them all.  I have heard of this happening to others.  Thought I would just mention this in case anyone else was having a drop in sales that didn't make sense.  If this is a glitch, it sure didn't benefit Ebay this time. No sales, no commission! lol!

So here we are and I have corrected all my items and what should happen but I have no international buyers again, only canadians and different views in search.  I am really sick of all the crap.  No sales, no views, nowhere in search and now the GSP

Your titles are not properly searchable. You are writing "felting, spinning, batting" using commas with no spaces. That makes it all one word. Simply take out the commas as they are not seaarchable.

Your first three words are now the most important keywords. Your titles are all backwards. Why would I search for batting with "dijohn mustard yellow" or "15 gr choice of"?

inuk makes a good point.

Many buyers are using mobile applications to shop. Try looking at your listings on a phone. Sit down first as it can be horrifying.

As a book seller I am blase about my titles taking many months to sell. So I see the "16 month" note fairly often. When I pull those listings, it is normal to find that the US shipping has disappeared, probably in January when there were dimensional rate changes. Also the Small Packet Surface USA shipping option is no longer available and if you were using it, as I was, those listings also lost US visibility.

I just looked at your shipping.

Why are you not using Calculated Shipping? You are required to ship for the rate that you advertise. I looked at your listing with my own postal code and with DD's in BC. Same rate.

Calculated Shipping is easy to set up. Just use metric dimensions and allow for packaging.

For the USA you have Light Packet showing as more expensive than Small Packet Air. This is only true for the 250-500 gram rate, and your listed cost is less than half the actual rate for either .

As an experienced seller, you should already know this. You are losing money on this.
