invalid paypal email address when trying to create ad

I will not be using Ebay if I can't get past this technical error.  I keep getting an error message when trying to review my ad.  Im in the edit stage and I'm being told my paypal email address is invalid.  And that I need to upgrade to the Premier or Business account.  What Ebay is not recognizing is that I upgraded to a Premier account 2 days ago.  Also my email is fine.  What do I do now? 

I also cant confirm my email address through pay pal.  They don't provide links in their email and I cannot view a confirmation number..
