Can anyone provide a link to a full list of categories and their numbers? And are category numbers the same on .CA and .COM?

Supposedly has all ebay sites.

Edit, I downloaded the list into an Excel spreadsheet and the catagory list is for many eBay sites with each site in a different sheet in the excel workbook. Took me less than a minute to download.
