I have received an item that according to the description should have been to correct one. (LED light bulb) When received it was discovered that it was in fact not the correct one. I contacted the seller, and he requested that I ship this back to him(Hong Kong) from Canada. It would cost me 1/2 the price of the original item to return it to him. I have sent him the quote for shipping as he asked, but have not heard another word from him since. He has pushed it now over the 45 days resoluioin centre deadline.
What would be my next step to resolve this issue.
