Lunar 2 Eternal Blue was a game initially created for the Sega Saturn, and then ported to the Playstation 1. After doing a quick websearch, I found that the game is not compatible with even the backwards compatible versions of the PS3. Unless there is a PS Store version of the game available for download, the answer is no.
