merchant will not refund

i ordered a set of 3 led color changing candels with remote which never arrived,this order was placed & paid via paypal in march 2014,now i cannot get refund or make claim since merchant never sent my purchace & refuses to refun me even tho i contacted them multiple times.

my order was in march 2014 we are may 21 2014 today

You waited too long.

You only have 45 days to file a claim with paypal.

You might have time to leave feedback as you have 60 days to do that.

If you paid by credit card you can try and do a chargeback by phoning the

1-800 number on the back of the card but credit card companies have time

limits also.

If you do try a chargeback have all your information ready to give to the operator.

Of course the seller ignores you, - the seller had no intention of sending the item

knowing that with your low feedback score there's a good chance you do not know

how to get a refund.  Like so many sellers in that country doing the same thing, your

seller was right.

So if the credit card chargeback is an option, do it now.

If not, consider yourself older and wiser, and have a good look over this link about

what to do when an item does not arrive:

In future, if you have no item by day 40, contact the seller.  If you have no item and

no money by no later than day 43 (just to be safe) open a claim and do not close it

until you have one or the other.

Once you open a claim you may as well stop all communication with the seller because

that person is obviously not going to help you.

Do not agree to a replacement item because they are rarely ever sent either.

You must file your claim by no later than day 45, so never be delayed again.

I hope it wasn't expensive.
