IT works for other peoples auctions ending but not when mine are ending. I have to keep hitting refresh. Is there something I can do

Calm down. All you are doing is getting yourself all tensed up and crotchety.

You can see how the bidding went after it is all over.

If you set up your shipping charges, eBay will invoice the winning bidder for you.

Watching the bidding doesn't change it in any way.

If you are worried about unwanted bidders, you can set up your Seller Preferences to Block automatically certain categories of bidder. You can also Block specific bidders.
