If it says the estimated delivery date is at the end of this month, I don't see why are are wondering. It isn't like we can speed up the mail! 😉

Good afternoon.
Sorry to read you are having difficulties receiving your items.
You should contact your sellers directly. Posting on this discussion board will not solve that problem as eBay does not read these posts.
To contact your sellers, you can use the link on the listings or through email using their email address in your payments detail page at PayPal.
If you do not get a satisfactory reply within a few days, file a claim: http://pages.ebay.ca/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

You may not realize that you did not buy 'from eBay'.
EBay is like a huge online shopping mall, with hundreds of thousands of shops.
Unless all your items were purchased from the same 'shop'/seller, they were send at different times, from different locations and with different services.
To complicate things, if your US or UK seller uses the Global Shipping Program, she cannot* combine your purchases into one parcel.
Sounds like you ordered in March and expected delivery in March?
(End of the month is a vague term.)
However, you may notice that eBay covers you against Item Not Received (and Item Not As Described) problems.
Allow 20 days from purchase for arrival from North America. Allow 30 days from purchase for arrival from Asia. These numbers are a bit pessimistic, but better think 20 days and have your purchase arrived in 10 than the opposite,eh?
If your purchase has not arrived, go to the listing and use the Contact Seller link to ask when it was sent, what service was used, and the tracking number.
Don't worry if there is no tracking number. Tracking is expensive and does the buyer no good at all.
Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement, especially from an Asian seller. It won't arrive either.
If the seller does not give a satisfactory answer, go to the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received Dispute in the Resolution Centre.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.
But relax for that 20/30 days. This is mail order. You are covered.
*Yes. That's dumb. But so is the Global Shipping Program. Don't even....

Of course! They are thinking that that this is just like Amazon where all of the items are shipped together from one person.

Be sure, when first contacting your seller(s), to click on "I have a question about the item" or "other" in the choices given you. If you do not hear back from the seller(s) in a reasonable time (48-72 hours), and it is past the last estimated time of delivery, then you should open up an INR (Item Not Received) claim. Always give the seller an opportunity to respond first though, before opening such a claim but, do not let a seller string you along with broken promises.
