I wish to sell on ebay without having a starting price, only the 'Buy It Now' box. What do I have to do to get that?

when listing ,check off buy it now instead of auction.

These are called Fixed Price Listings, and are the most common method of selling on eBay.

You can also list for 30 Days/Good Until Cancelled and the listing, if unsold, will relist next month. You will pay for another month of listing of course.
