Hi Everyone! I am trying to print out the shipping labels and unable to do it. I get the screen saying : the connection was interrupted and try again. I tried again several times, the label did not appear, then it said that you exceeded the number of re-print the label options. I lost several labels. Has anyone ever get the money back for cancelled labels from Canada Post? How do you do it? Thank you in advance.

"Not really practical...."
???
I vaguely remember another thread when you mentioned 50 parcels going out today to USA and overseas (international).
With postage stamps, purchased at 30% (*) below face value, and assuming $8 postage per parcel, you could have saved a big bundle. Even at only $5.00 per parcel, you would still save a lot of money. Well worth your time to fill those Customs Declarations by hand - they take less than one minute each.
(*) With a bit of research you can actually do better than that. 30% below face value is a conservative assessment of the savings available using (mint full gum) postage stamps purchased in large lots below face value.

Okay had the same problem and managed to get it to work this way.
My browser was firefox so I switched to Internet explorer and it worked with no problems .
Seems like the pitney bowes program clashes with firefox, maybe firefox DID Some updates and something is not compatable .
Hope it works for the rest of you till they fix the problem.

Does anyone know if it's working on Firefox yet? I have a 64 bit computer, and IE 64 bit was on it when I first got it, but now even when I click on the IE64 bit tag, it opens up to the 32, and won't print labels or open links. I have tried every way I know to get the 64 bit to work without success, so I am stuck with Firefox.

well lucky me..this **bleep** started happening Friday..Thursday was fine but since Friday no go...Using FireFox...won't work
with internet Explore either...Spoke with PayPal Friday...Oh' it's the 1st we have ever heard of this..was the guy's response.
Plus 15 days to get my $16 back for the label.....
So I try again Saturday..No luck...Call PayPal..Get a fellow that again say's "have never heard of this happening" I tell him
to search the problem..It's been going on since 2011 with PayPal for some people...But this is what surprised me...
The fellow refunded me all my money back for the voided labels.....Now how was he able to do that...when the others say
15 days and that there is nothing they can do it's out of their hands(liars)....
Just thought I would share the issue and that PayPal can in fact refund you the voided labels right away....
Cheers

That is very surprising!
What sort of problems are you having with the labels?

All the earlier posts were about a problem happening in 2013.
After all this time, a better move would have been to start a new thread.
Hope it is all resolved by now. I usually just backbutton and try again when this happens. It tells the little gnomes that live in my computer to quit chatting at the coffee machine and get back to work.
