Anyone know if that is fraud if they take $ out of your account with out  transaction on here? Like I have not bought stuff for months i keep checking my account due to fraud matters thank you?

Have you set up a continuing payment agreement for something?

An alternative might be a hacked account due to not spotting a phishing e-mail for what it is, so change your password.

Otherwise without more specific detail not much useful advice can be given.

I just heard they take money out of account and a few on here did not make a transaction. I have not made any for a while now. And re the ? of yours no I did not. only the transactions I did. But Police warn people not to disclose account info so that why I asked this.

..... Do not worry too much about those "just heard" stories.  Often, only one side of the story is given.

Keeping relatively small sums of money in your PayPal account for possible purchasing needs is safe as long as you do not share your PayPal password with anyone..

Larger amounts ($1,000+) should be withdrawn on a regular basis.

That is correct: keep your information (such as password and credit card information, bank account numbers, date of birth, etc...) to yourself.

Do not include bank account numbers (Routing and account number) in this, every cheque has them on it , and they are essential for interbank transfers, all that can be done with them is to deposit money in your account.

Thanks all I have gotten a planner from some one on here and took almost a week for them to take out. I have checked with bank to make sure it was out by pal Pal. I just love this Pay pal option but hate when it takes 1-2 weeks to be cleared and them telling seller to not ship till a certin day of the month.
