I have closed a case on paypal mean while i have not received the item is there any other alternative for a refund?

The case shouldn't have been closed until you received the item or your refund. If you paid with a credit card through Paypal you can claim a chargeback with your cc company. Other than that, I don't think that there is anything else you can do unless the seller cooperates.

I have waited for long.Since on the 7 september 2014.Actually i really need a refund from him.I dont know how to do?please somebody help out there.

Forget Paypal. Their deadline is long past.

Instead go to the credit card you really paid with (PP is just a mediator) call the 1-800 customer service number and ask about a chargeback.
