why do admin move the post else were if some one says they got ripped off or did not get the $ they move it else were for add? I find the topics that were posted in here Pay Pal related like my add not been paid for an item was moved by admin. Thanks

It was because you posted in the wrong section. You posted in a section that is meant for Seller Updates. Seller Updates are things such as selling fees changing, new ebay selling policies, etc. The buyer not paying you is not a Seller Update.

The admin didn't delete your post, instead it was moved to the correct forum.
