"with Global Shipping Program'
???
Why do you state that Global Shipping Program was involved in this transaction?
The listing does not show "Global Shipping"
The tracking information shows "cleared through Customs". That could not apply to a Global Shipping program shipment.
First, you should contact the delivery carrier and inquire about the delivery, explaining you have not received the item.
Then, you should contact the seller directly and explain the problem with lack of delivery.
Finally, unless you get satisfaction, you need to file a claim with eBay/PayPal :

If the seller was shipping an item of that value, he not only has to use a Confirmed Delivery service but also a Signature Required service.
Start with your Postmaster at the Post Office. Not a postal outlet. The statuette may be waiting for you there (or at the postal outlet).
Then contact the seller and ask for the tracking number.
Then start an Item Not Recieved claim with Paypal/eBay.

Since completed listings are not showing the shipping options it's impossible to tell what service was used but according to the description portion of that listing, the seller was using global shipping.

A signature is not required unless the item is $750+
The tracking information does not look like it is from Canada post so Can Par may been used. If I were the poster, I would phone ebay and explain the problem. If they file an item not received claim it may be closed automatically because shipping does show that the item was delivered.

Oh yes. I seem to have a mental block against that change.
Good for (honest) sellers. But a problem for (honest) buyers dealing with careless deliveries.

Check around your house or under your porch. I had CanPar deliver a large package to the side of my house next to my basement door. They marked it as being delivered to front door.

Paypal cancel my clam because seller has prove the shipping, but that's no my real problem. I told them item lost in front of my door according to tracking. Anyone has ebay contact number, I want phone them. Really don't want lost my money

really, $750? less than that is not enough for a signature? That's wrong.
