no emails and no messages in "my message" box is unusual. I usually get one or the other or both.
You may want to contact eBay - Customer Support (top of the page at right) - and ask them to investigate the problem.

Still can't get free listings. Contacted ebay and was told 9 hours ago they would get back to me "shortly" , I guess in ebay speak that means never. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Just give me an actual reason why I am still being charged a fee Ebay!!!!!!

When you check your seller account for entries from yesterday, what does it show?

Did you list them as GTC?
I list one GTC yesterday and it wasn't qualify for promo.

GTC LIstings do not qualify.
Fixed price 30 days do qualify .
Appears to be mainly for people that do not have a store full of GTC listings.
Fixed price for 30 days in a store might work..... but no guarantee

Why on earth would 30 days FP not work in a store? That doesn't make sense.

Did not want to make a guarantee... I am not too sure that sellers with a store were mentioned as a part of the promotion......

That seller does not have a store, already indicated in another thread that he listed for 30 days, not GTC, and the promotion applies top ALL sellers.

Still can't get any free listings. Was told 3 days ago eBay would get back to me "shortly". I guess eBay has a different dictionary where the word shortly means "never". Ebay has the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Just tell me what the problem is eBay. How can I fix the problem when you refuse to communicate with me???
