How do I get my promotional shipping fees to show on my listings. I've gone through site preferences but nothing happens.

There are several ways to offer shipping discount.

Keep in mind that changing your preferences today will not affect listings already on the site.  To make existing listings eligible to the discount, they must be revised accordingly.
