Anyone hear that propay will be allowed on ebay.com but is not available for ebay.ca, i checked it out today, is there any other alternatives for accepting credit cards for ebay.ca, without the credit card holder having to have a paypal account?
Any merchant account is likely a better choice than ProPay.

Get your own merchant account and offer 1-800 toll free numbers so your clients can pay you. This is what we do and less expensive and also you can fight charge backs.
