Hello fellow PowerSellers,
Wondering if you guys can help me. I have a buyer who just file with PAYPAL that she did not receive the item as described. She purchased a pair of "USED" designer jeans from me. Through many emails, I gave her all the measurements and additional pics. She ended up winning the auction ($140), and now she is filing "Not as Described" complaint after receiving the item. My questions....any chance of winning this case with PAYPAL, or am I just wasting my time?? I know that PAYPAL is bais towards to sellers.
These are my options to reply to the PAYPAL complaint:
1. Issue the buyer a full refund.
2. Provide the buyer a full refund if the package is returned.
3. Offer the buyer a partial refund in an attempt to close this claim. (The buyer indicated that a refund of $100.00 USD would be satisfactory.)
4. The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund.
5. Disagree with claim. I would like to provide additional information.
I like to pick option 5, but what do I say?? Again, am I just wasting my time?? Does it really matter what I submit??? Will the decision just go to the buyer???
Any suggestions/advice would be awesome. THANKS!!
