"Request Total"

The seller has agreed to ship by a different (cheaper) method, and has asked me to "request total" from my purchase history page. I cannot find this option! How do I "request total"?

That function does not always show up so I'm not sure if and where you can find it.

The seller could go to Paypal, click on send invoice, fill in the information and send a new invoice to you that way.
