refund issues

so I bought 3 canvases off the same seller.. almost a month later ebay sends me a notification that the seller may be a fraud or something and told me to wait 10 days from expected delivery.. well I couldn't get onto the complain part of ebay through my phone and had no computer.. now that I do I cant find the canases on my account... I want to know where they went and how am I suppose to get a refund for the almost $70 wasted on fake canvases... someone please help

You have 45 days starting from the payment date to open a dispute for non received item, and 60 days to leave feedback.

Are you sure the message was sent by eBay staff (not a random message from the seller to make you lose time?)

Is your Purchases list set up for the longest possible period?

Since you probably paid through Paypal, have you looked on that account for the payment. The Details link will show you the listing for about 90 days.

 

You only have 45 days to file an Item Not Received claim.

Do it now.

 

If too much time has passed you can still go to the credit card that PP processed for your payment and ask for a chargeback.
