removing high bidder

I have something for sale on ebay and the high bidder contacted me and requested that I remove his bid.How do i do this and if I do does the rest of the bids stay intact and the second highest now become the high bidder?thanks

You go here to cancel his bid. At the same time, it is probably a good idea to Block him.

However you could also show him how to cancel his own bids. Not only is this less work for you, his own cancels show on his feedback page and are monitored by eBay. Too many cancellations and he will be restricted.
