report a buyer that misuse return

I have a buyer that want to return my item and get refund. I mentioned my auction as returns not accepted, after communication with buyer, finally I want to make my buyer happy so I agree to refund her. This item is radio, but she rejected me to check after I receive it. How can I refund her if I receive a damage radio? It is electonic item! She threaten to open a case on ebay, so to protect myself I need to report her as misuse return in case. How and what should I do to report this buyer for misuse return??? I tried to search in all topic, but I can't find it. Does ebay charge me directly from my paypal to refund her even I receive a damage return??? Ebay need to protect sellers too. Please help! Thank you.

Your "no returns" policy is irrelevant. If you take Paypal.

, you take returns,

Your buyer received a radio that did not work.

She will return it. If she uses Delivery Confirmation, you will not have the choice of refunding or not. Paypal will refund her and come after you for the money.

She is within her rights. There is no misuse here.

If the item is, as she says, not working, you sent her a radio that did not work. You can complain to your supplier. You should also be refunding her return shipping because you sent her an item that was Not As Described.

If the radio does work, shrug and relist it. She was wrong,but she paid to return it.

If the radio was damaged in transit, go to Canada Post and make an insurance claim.

femmefan1946 : thanks for your comment, but I made a check all that the radio is work properly before put on sale. I can't claim to supplier because this radio I bought long time ago and I amnot a big seller just user. Possible that my buyer made a mistake when proggramme it. I don't refuse to refund, but I don't want to have my item damaged by her. Not damage in transit.

doesn't matter if it was damaged in transit----if it is not working then your customer deservies a refund.

The last thing you want is for your buyer to open an item not as described dispute with PayPal. Refund your buyer their full payment,including the original shipping cost. Sellers are responsible for any shipping damage incurred by the item while in transit to the buyer.
