I returned a fly reel to a seller and I need to know how I will access my refund ?

Did the seller refund you..?

If you paid by Credit card then the refund will be returned to

your credit card within 30 days.

If you paid by bank account or paypal balance the refund

will go into your paypal account and you can either use it to

purchase something else or get it transfered to your bank acct.

if you have one linked to paypal.

There is a small fee if you transfer less than $150.00

While most sellers  are honest, and will refund you promptly on return, it is always a sensible move to use Confirmation of Delivery on returned items.
