return with tracking number

hi...i recevied items but one bottle is broken..

i open the case and my favour decision..

send all items i will get money back...

 

problem is from canada to france with tracking number ..

canada post cost is 230dollar!!!

 

so i paid 84 euro(100 dollar ) plus shipping 230 dollar total

330 dollar but just money back 84 euro(100dollar)....

 

i guess seller send to cheap shipping method and i return highest shipping method...

 

anybody experiece this kind paypal decision...

Hi .. Did you try and work with the seller prior to opening the case, Send pictures , request a partial refund etc.

 

PayPal is one size fits all . Yes can recover your payment but doesn't always work in buyer's favor... bulky , heavy , outside North America etc.

 

If can't recover a partial , better to take the loss on one. Can leave appropriate feedback with low DSRs . 1 is lowest.

yes...i contacted seller.....

but  that is no good answer(like broken during delivery)...

 

i can take loss  ...and still i can give seller negative feedback?

 

another question is that...paypal indicated that if i cannot returned item with

10 day then theygive seller favour decision!

 

just wonder...

Seller is responsible for damage in shipping, received an item not as described.

 

Yes , can leave feedback you deem appropriate.

 

PP will find in seller's favor and close the dispute if a return tracking # is not uploaded within 10 days.
