sellers page different

I logged on and noticed my selling page now looks different.  Instead of just one entry for what an item is selling for, there are two, one for the US and one for Canada.  Now I am also noticing a little language option in the top left to be able to view my page in French.  Huh?  How do I fix this?

You have inadvertently ended up on the Canadian site, discernible by the .ca after the logo in the upper left.

Simply log out and go to http://www.ebay.com/ and log back in and all will be back to normal for you.
