The shipping charge is obviously excessive and, as such. contravene eBay's policy.
Ignore and find another seller.

The listing ended 2 days ago.
There is nothing eBay can do at this late stage.
Usually eBay takes 24 to 48 hours to handle a "report".
eBay will usually contact the seller and ask to revise the listing if possible to eliminate the infraction(s).
In this instance, they were at least two infractions: excessive shopping and fee avoidance (clearly spelled out by the seller in the listing!). Obviously he is unaware of eBay's selling policies.

please do not post item numbers here, the mod nazis need little excuse to ban people and place a warning on your account. They love to punish good people.
I've reported excessive S/H fees, such as 3000$ for a jacket under 100$. eBay did nothing and sellers like pierrelebel belittled me. So beware of eBay and beware of sellers masquerading as helpful persons.
I strongly recommend using the firefox plugin called scrapbook to save forum tips like this so when the censors hit you will have a record of the info and of their censoring.
Heads up on the new eBay seller loophole. eBay will require buyers to contact the bad seller before the buyer can make a claim. Bad sellers already know how block buyers from contacting them (block lists, such as setting their seller status as AWAY / VACATION). Open season fraud coming soon to eBay.
