You can't print a paypal label for lettermail. It's not you, it's the way it is.
As for how to send them, -- whatever is cheapest. I have ordered dvds where the seller sent them individually, or two side-by-side. To stack them in an envelope would require the more expensive rate. You'll find some buyers who want everything all in one parcel, but if you kindly explain the cost difference to them, they'll not mind receiveing items one at a time.

To be honest I don't think it matters to the buyer what is on the outside. Your 'professionalism' will be evidenced in your comportment toward others. Buyers care far more about lowering costs, so do what is easiest for you.
I have received all sorts of wrappings and postages, and one time the envelope on a dvd from France was at least half covered with postage stamps. I didn't mind, - I looked at each one, admiring the artwork. 🙂 Someone else will simply put it in the garbage. But we all prefer low shipping fees.
So yes, if it will fit through that slot in the little plastic slab they have at the post office, - that's always cheapest. Oh, and mind the weight, too, -- obviously you can't send a 2cm slab of steel as lettermail. 🙂

Speaking of lettermail, - have you seen this link about it:

One more thing, - I'll add this link about lettermail prices, dimensions and whatnot. It tells you the maximum weight is 500 grams, so you are definitely okay with the comics:
