Yes you can fold it.

Make sure the address is easy for the postie to read.

Make sure the bar code if any is flat and easy for the machine to read.

Your address can be on a different side.

If you are using an Air Mail service, add a blue AirMail/Par Avion label.

Hi stancad

You'd have to do that within your printer settings, can't resize from the label shipping page itself. you might want to try a few practice runs.

You can reprint your label if it has been less than 24 hours since you created the label.

Log in to your PayPal account.

Click History at the top of the page.

Find the PayPal payment for which you created a label.

Click Details in the Details column of the payment.

Click Reprint Label.

HELLO LEB AND FEMMEFAN,:-x:-x

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT ANSWERS.

FEMMEFAN, YOU ARE THE BEST. BUT,LOL, I MADE THE BOX

LONGER BY ABOUT 3" AND THE LABEL FITS.

I SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR FEMMEFAN'S ANSWER AND ONLY FOLD THE SIDES. IT STILL COSTS THE SAME TO SHIP.

NOW I KNOW BETTER FEMMEFAN.

TAKE CARE.

P.S.  PAYPAL SAID NOT TO FOLD THE LABEL ON THE SIDES OF THE BOX.

Hi again stancad

I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner and glade that  femmefan1946 has resolved your issue.

I am not up to par on what size that CP (Canada Post) minimun shipping labels should be, infact I am not sure what the USPS are as well but the postal services scanners MUST be able to read them or your item will not be sent.

Most printers has a "Printing Preference" that you can set BEFORE you print a document, you need to play with it a bit to acheive what you want.

On my printer I can reduce it down to 10% ( thats at a level you need a electron microscope to read it) so the postal scanners can not read it...again I am not up to par on your postal minumn requirements.

This is how I reduce a document:

1. Click on "Start"

2. Click on "Printers and Devices"

3. Right click on the printer you are using.

4. Click on "Printing Preferences"

5. Click on "Page Layout" tab.

6. You should see a box that says something like "Reduce/Enlarge Document" check the box.

7. Select the paper size you are using OR select the "Percentage" box, then decrease/increase the percentage you want

8. Click "OK"

If I find any info on what minimum size the labels should be so the scanners can read, I will post that info.
