small packet to Canada

Well apparently today we can ship packets under 500g for a set packet price within Canada, if we use the online tool. N ow I have tried this, but had no luck. Has anyone else had success? What is the packet rate?

I use the OBC and it doesn't have the option for small packet Canada...

has no guaranteed delivery standard, and is ...
... a parcel sent by surface to U.S.
... a parcel sent by air to U.S. or internationally
we wait to open a case ...
