Did you contact this other seller about this.
and ask them to remove them before you take
other action.

The short answer is no.
But start by politely telling the other seller that you do not want your pictures used by others.
If he is difficult about it, there is a sneaky and hilarious way of dealing with the problem .

Hello 'barefootwanderer',
The other seller may not know that using whatever pictures he 'finds' on ebay is not
permitted, so that is why you want to first gently explain it to him.
If you need to, you can always share this link which outlines ebay's policy about it:

Note the first words about the policy are, << eBay members are not allowed to use images -
including photos and other pictures - or text they didn't create themselves.>>
Not everyone knows that (although they ought to read up on these things before selling),
so be friendly and helpful before resorting to 'report'.
