Your feedback percentage is based upon the previous 12 months.

All you need is one feedback to get your percentage back to 100%.

Find something you need perferably in the "Buy it Now Format" and buy it.

There are a few sellers who don't leave feedback but the vast majority do and most of them as soon as the buyer pays.

One thing you will need is a scale, to weigh your items that you will be selling on ebay then buy it on ebay to build up your feedback.
