hi, 2 items i had for sell found a buyer, the items got damaged in a fire b4 buyer had time to pay.
i sent a cancel order request to buyer stating what happened and he denied it.
what can i do..?
the items are destroyed
these were used cassette tapes so i cannot replace them.

What you do in the future is wait until they get paid, mark them shipped without sending them, wait for the INR claim, then refund and you get no defects from Ebay. and save your postage costs

Call eBay and ask them to cancel the order for you...
Explain everything.
Buyer is not cooperating because buyer thinks you are misleading him with the claim that the tapes were burned.
Send buyer a photo of the tapes, if you still have the burned tapes....
How did the tapes get burned?

Sorta different situation I guess because my buyer accepted the claim rather than denied it.
Sorry you're stuck dealing with such a difficult buyer. Yuck.
