two sellers with different id but with same email address?

two sellers with different id but with same email address? how could be possible? i bought from two and from one i never received the item.

Are you absolutely sure that 2 different sellers had an identical email?  Could there be even a very tiny discrepancy in the emails?  I have no doubt it is the same seller, - but separate IDs would each need a distinct email, even if the difference is slight.

Or could it be one seller who changed his user ID name?  If you look at the seller's Feedback profile page, over on the right it says View ID history.  If you click that it will tell you if the seller changed his ID.

At any rate, if it has not yet been 45 days since you paid for your item you can file a Not Received claim.  If you are getting close to the 45 day mark, do it now.  The following link explains how to do it:

If it has been more than 45 days since you paid, but less than 60, you can still leave appropriate feedback for the seller.  By keeping it civil and sticking to the facts, other buyers will be more likely to believe you. 

If it is too late to file a Not Received claim, and if you used a credit card for payment, you can try for a chargeback by calling the 1-800 number on the back of the card.  Have all the transaction details on hand when you do.  If this is an option, do it now because there are deadlines for that, too.

Otherwise, there is nothing for it.  Most everyone encounteres a similar situation when they're new.  In future, if you have not received your item after about 4 weeks, contact the seller.  And if no response from the seller, file a claim no later than day 43.

Emil is correct. Each different eBay user ID is required to have it's own email address,even if the same person has more than one user ID.

theey have the same email address (i bought items from them) and in paypal transaction on detail transaction you have the email address for seller. My problem  is i never received the item from one of them but very fast shipping from other seller, with first one  i opened a claim

While each eBay account must have it's own email address, several eBay accounts can share a single Paypal account , which in turn would have its own email address. The PP account address may or may not match one of the eBay email addresses.

actually they are 3 sellers with same flat adress

strange, very strange

i bought in item (OBD2 bluetooth) from many sellers and i received with same flat address but on ebay with different ID

It's really possible to reach ebay by phone or is just a joke?
