unable to open case refund

Hi, I tried for 2 days to open a request on 15 of the 46 i tems i bought from the same seller i always receive the same message.       Oops, we had a technical hiccup. and it doesn't work. 

Can you please open a request on those 15 items left for a refund?

eBay support does not read these forums -- just sellers & buyers.

I assume you've already tried contacting your seller about the problem(s) with the items and were unable to get the issue solved.

And if worse comes to worst, you can also open Disputes through Paypal for up to 180 days after payment.

In either case, if the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping , delivery) you will be refunded.
