unpaid item

Hello, I wanted to close a unpaid item case. Maybe I pressed the worng button, but instead of saying case closed, item not paid. It said case closed item paid for. How do I correct this. The buyer did not pay me and did not respond to my message. Thank you for all your help.

Hi ..Customer support should change it for you but you will have to place a call.

I wanted to purchase the item in question but I pressed the commit to buy button before I realized that the seller only ships to the U.S.A. I contacted the seller and replied that I commited to buy before I saw the note saying that he only ships to the U.S. and I had asked if it was possable to ship to Canada and his only response was that he only ships to the U.S.A. I appologize for any inconvience this has caused.
