ups tracking

When I click my sold listings and add tracking information all that show's up is the tracking number and says ups. I can go to the ups site and it shows the full status and the package was delivered but it does not show up in ebay.

On another listing of mine it show's the complete status and that package was delivered. so my money was released.

Anyone have an idea on way that is sometimes it works sometimes it does not.

The Hold on your customer's payments does not depend on proof of delivery.

That's only useful in case a buyer makes an incorrect claim of Non-delivery.

The Hold is for 21 days from payment* and is applied to all new sellers. Or to experienced sellers who open new accounts.Nothing personal.

*Or to sellers who have a lot of defects and violations. Which is personal
