So I am an established seller, and I have lots of prior experience selling bitcoin mining contracts via ebay. Recently I had an item removed (a mining contract) and in my messages Ebay notified me that my item was posted in the wrong category. They told me that I need to post this item under 'Coins & paper money: -> Virtual currency: -> Mining contracts'. However no such category exists when I am posting my item. I can locate coins & paper money, however there is no virtual currency category, no mining contracts category.
How am I supposed to do the impossible..? I see there are lots of other mining contract sellers who have posted their item in the mining contracts category, but I am unable to and do not know why. Any help would be appreciated before I sit on the phone with support for ever and a day..
