when I go to buy a item ,it saids there sell it your self.what does it mean.

That would be if you already had one of those items and wanted to sell it on ebay. If you click the link it takes you to a selling form where some of the item specifics are pre-filled.

EBay is encouraging buyers to consider selling their own stuff here, that's all.
